This is an easy recipe for preparing smoked fish such as mahi mahi, tuna, king mackerel, or others.


1 lb. smoked fish fillets
3 oz. sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 small onion chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 tsp. chopped chives
salt and pepper to taste

Prep Notes:

If smoking your own fish, use boneless, skinless fillets.


  1. Mix fish, cream cheese, sour cream, and onion together in glass bowl.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Sprinkle with cilantro and chives.
  4. Chill before serving.
  5. Serve with crackers or toast.
