This is an easy recipe for preparing smoked fish such as mahi mahi, tuna, king mackerel, or others.
1 lb. smoked fish fillets
3 oz. sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 small onion chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 tsp. chopped chives
salt and pepper to taste
If smoking your own fish, use boneless, skinless fillets.
- Mix fish, cream cheese, sour cream, and onion together in glass bowl.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle with cilantro and chives.
- Chill before serving.
- Serve with crackers or toast.
