Smoked Fish Salad
This smoked fish dip can be served as an appetizer or lunch.


1/2 lb. smoked fish (dark meat removed)
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. rosemary
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. sour cream
2 tsp. fresh diced chives, spring onions, cilatro, or parsley


  1. Mix fish, cream cheese, sour cream, diced onion, salt, and rosemary together in glass bowl.
  2. Top with fresh herbs.
  3. Chill before serving.
  4. Serve with fancy crackers or hard fancy toast.


Remove skin and dark meat from smoked fish.

Experiment with amounts of cream cheese and sour cream to achieve desired consistency.

Chill 8-12 hours before serving if possible.
