This smoked fish dip can be served as an appetizer or lunch.
1/2 lb. smoked fish (dark meat removed)
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. rosemary
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. sour cream
2 tsp. fresh diced chives, spring onions, cilatro, or parsley
- Mix fish, cream cheese, sour cream, diced onion, salt, and rosemary together in glass bowl.
- Top with fresh herbs.
- Chill before serving.
- Serve with fancy crackers or hard fancy toast.
Remove skin and dark meat from smoked fish.
Experiment with amounts of cream cheese and sour cream to achieve desired consistency.
Chill 8-12 hours before serving if possible.
