A simple recipe for fresh lobster with fettuccine.


8 oz. fettuccine
8 oz. lobster meat, chopped
1/4 stick butter
1 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup fresh diced carrots
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup fresh-grated Parmesan cheese
pepper to taste


  1. Boil fettuccine until tender, adding a dash of salt and olive oil to water.
  2. Boil or steam fresh carrots until tender.
  3. Melt butter and lightly simmer lobster meat.
  4. Add whipping cream and bring to a boil.
  5. Add cheese and pepper.
  6. Pour over noodles and toss gently.
