	Court Bouillon Servings: 6 Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients: 1 1/3 tablespoons butter 1 1/3 tablespoons flour 1 pound fish, sliced 2 cups tomatoes 4 cups water 1 green pepper, chopped 1 small onion, chopped 1/2 clove garlic minced 3 cloves 1 sprig thyme 2 bay leaves 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoons pepper 1/2 teaspoons cayenne 5 drops of Tabasco sauce found at http://www.fresh-seafood.net/
Instructions: Melt butter, add flour and brown slightly. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
