| Ingredients: 1 pound medium shrimp (fresh or frozen) 1 bunch fresh asparagus 1 jar alfredo sauce 1 can diced tomatoes green onion, chopped 1 pound Farfalle pasta (bow ties) sherry found at http://www.fresh-seafood.net/ |

| Instructions: Pour enough sherry in a pan to cook shrimp in. Add onions (green and whites) until shrimp are done. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cut the asparagus in a diagonal cuts. Cook the pasta; add asparagus to the pasta the last 6 minutes of cooking time. Meanwhile, add the tomatoes and the Alfredo sauce and stir. Top with some of the green parts of the onion. |
