| Ingredients: Cooked fettuccini noodles (box) 8 oz. Cream cheese 1 stick butter 1 bunch green onions 1 bell pepper 1 can of Ro-Tel 2 tablespoons butter 1 pound Shrimp 1 pound Crawfish tails 1 large packages cheese (Colby and Monterey Jack) Crab meat to taste 1 can cream of mushroom soup found at http://www.fresh-seafood.net/ |

| Instructions: Combine cream cheese and butter in skillet and melt. Chop vegetables and sauté in butter. Add shrimp, crawfish and crabmeat. Add soup, cream cheese mixture and cooked noodles. Mix and place in casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese. Cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. |
