Easy Crawfish Etouffee

an etouffee recipe using either crawfish or shrimp

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20-30 minutes

Ingredients:
Salt
Black pepper
Red pepper
1/4 cups margarine
1 package Frozen vegetable blend (onion, bell pepper and celery)
1/4 teaspoons Garlic salt
2 lbs Crawfish tails or 2 lbs boiled and peeled shrimp
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup hot cooked rice

Instructions:
Season crawfish with salt, black pepper and red pepper to taste. Melt margarine in nonstick 10-inch skillet. Add frozen vegetable blend and garlic salt. Cook over low heat until onion is wilted. Stir in crawfish. Simmer 20 minutes. Add soups; mix well. Cook for 1 minute longer. Serve over hot rice.
