| Ingredients: 2 large cans of mushroom soup 1 small jar button mushrooms (whole or pieces) 2 potatoes, diced small 3 or 4 cans smoked oysters found at http://www.fresh-seafood.net/ |

| Instructions: Open and pour oysters with oil into large pan. Add the soup, minus the milk, while you are heating at first. As the mixture gets hot, stir together until the oil blends with the soup. Then add the amount of milk the soup asks for on the can’s directions. Stir and let simmer while you boil your diced potatoes in salted water. Drain when tender and add to your soup. Serve with crackers and top with black pepper. |
