Tuna Quiche Lorraine

Servings: 6
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:
9-inch baked pastry shell
1 (7-ounce) can tuna
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup light cream
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper

Instructions:
Sprinkle flaked tuna and cheese over pastry shell.

Combine eggs with remaining ingredients.

Pour over tuna and cheese. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until set.
