| Ingredients: 6 frozen breaded fish portions 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach 1 11-ounce can condensed cheddar cheese soup 1 8-ounce can water chestnuts, drained and coarsely chopped 3 tablespoons bacon bits found at http://www.fresh-seafood.net/ |

| Prep Notes: Oven 350° |

| Instructions: Prepare fish following package directions. Cook spinach following package directions; drain well. In a saucepan stir soup, water chestnuts, and bacon bits into spinach; heat through. Turn into a 10x6x2-inch baking dish or 1½-quart casserole. Top with fish. Bake in a 350° oven for 10 minutes or until hot. Serve with halved lemon slices, if desired. |
