Baked Fish Fillets

Baked fish

Cook Time: until fish flakes

Ingredients:
2 lbs. fresh or frozen fish fillets
1/4 stick butter
paprika
salt and pepper to taste.

Prep Notes:
Oven 450°
Instructions:
Use two pounds fresh or frozen fish fillets or steaks. Thaw fish, if frozen. Cut fillets into serving size portions. Place fish in a greased baking pan with the skin side down.

Brush fillets with melted butter. Season. Bake, uncovered, in a 450° oven until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Alloy 5 to 6 minutes for each 1/2 inch of thickness.
