| Ingredients: 18 slices white bread, crust removed 1 medium onion, chopped fine 1 cup celery, chopped fine 1 cup green pepper, chopped fine ½ cup mayonnaise ½ pound crab meat ½ pound shrimp 5 eggs 4 cups milk 1 (10 ½ ounce) can cream of mushroom soup Paprika 1 cup shredded cheese found at http://www.fresh-seafood.net/ |

| Instructions: Butter a 10x14x2-inch glass dish. Cut bread slices in half. Place half the bread slices on bottom of dish. Combine chopped onion, celery, and green pepper with mayonnaise. Spread on bread layer. Sprinkle crab meat and shrimp over mixture. Place another layer of bread on top. Beat eggs; add milk and soup. Pour over top. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Remove from oven, sprinkle with paprika and shredded cheese. Bake about 15 minutes longer until cheese is melted. Cut into squares to serve. |
