Lobster Tails with Butter Sauce

a good recipe for either American or spiny lobster tails

Servings: 2
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
2-4 lobster tails, depending on size.
1/4 stick butter
fresh dill, chopped
1 clove garlic, diced
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Melt butter and stir in dill, black pepper and garlic.

Split back of lobster tail, break open shell pull meat out leaving meat still attached to shell. Close the shell place meat on top of shell.

Brush lobster meat with butter mixture.

Place in oven pan with approximately 1 inch of water in pan.

Cook for 6 minutes, brush with butter mixture and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes depending on size and thickness of lobster meat.

Lobster meat will turn white when cooked.
