Cajun Style Salmon Croquettes

a recipe for Louisiana style salmon croquettes

Servings: 6

Cook Time: 20

Ingredients:
1 can pink salmon and juice 2 Tbsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten 1 cup flour
1 (small) minced onion 1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. Louisiana Hot Sauce (or to liking)
2 Tbsp. black pepper

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients - except flour- together in a small mixing bowl.

Make small patties.

Flour the patties in 1 c.flour.

Put in skillet with hot oil. When golden brown, turn over.
