Shrimp Etoufee

a hardy shrimp recipe

Servings: 6
Prep Time: 20
Cook Time: 30

Ingredients:
4 lb. shrimp
1 bunch green onions, minced
2 small onions, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup parsley or parsley flakes
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 tbsp. tomato paste
3 1/2 tsp. salt
Tabasco sauce to taste
flour or cornstarch

Instructions:
Peel and de-vein shrimp. Saute minced onions, garlic and parsley in margarine until soft (do not brown). Add tomato paste; stir well and cook for a few minutes. Add shrimp and pepper.



Cook for 20 minutes. Thicken slightly with a little flour or cornstarch.
