Shrimp Delight

a light and festive shrimp salad

Cook Time: 0

Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. boiled, peeled shrimp
lettuce
boiled eggs

Instructions:
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, chili sauce, green onions, bell pepper, lemon juice and black

pepper with mixer until well blended.

Add shrimp and stir.

Chill 30 mins before serving. Serve on bed of lettuce. Garnish with boiled eggs (halved).
