| A Cajun shrimp creole recipe

| Ingredients: 1 can(14 1/2 oz.) tomatoes 3/4 cup chopped green peppers 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped celery 1 tsp. sugar Tabasco sauce bay leaf salt and pepper 1 lb. shrimp 1 1/3 Tbsp. flour 2 Tbsp. butter found at http://www.fresh-seafood.net/ |

| Instructions: Melt butter. Saute onion, peppers, celery. Sprinkle with flour; stir to blend. Add tomatoes and other ingredients, except shrimp. Cook slowly until done. Add shrimp; cook 15 to 20 minutes more on low heat. Serve over rice. |
