| Lousiana style Seafood Gumbo

| Ingredients: 2 lb. peeled shrimp 1/2 pt. shelled oysters 1 lb. crab meat 1 c. chopped celery 2 c. chopped onions 1 c. chopped bell pepper 1/4 c. oil 1/4 c. flour found at http://www.fresh-seafood.net/ |

| Instructions: Combine flour and oil over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly until medium brown in color. Add onions, bell pepper and celery; cook until onions are wilted, then add slowly while stirring, 1 gallon water. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour. Add seafood, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 10 minutes longer. Serve over cooked rice. |
