| Gnocchi served with prawns or shrimp

| Ingredients: 12 oz. Gnocchi 1 lb. freshwater prawns or medium shrimp 1/2 cup fresh tomato, chopped 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped 2 tsp fresh chopped parsley 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1 cup cream 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated) sea salt to taste dash red pepper found at http://www.fresh-seafood.net/ |

| Prep Notes: Gnocchi are sometimes homemade in European and European-American households. They are available dried, frozen, or fresh in vacuum sealed packages in supermarkets and specialty shops. |

| Instructions: 1. Boil gnocchi until they float, about 5 minutes, drain. 2. In a separate saucepan, melt 2 tbsp. butter, add 2 tbsp. flour and cook until browned slightly. Add one cup cream and simmer until mixture starts to thicken. Slowly stir in Parmesan cheese. 3. Mix gnocchi, tomato, pepper, parsley, prawns and sauce, spoon into a medium casserole dish 4. Bake at 350 about 20 minutes, until sauce begins to bubble and edges brown lightly. 5. Remove and sprinkle lightly with red pepper and sea salt. |
