Seafood Chowder

A chowder with any type of white fish, crab meat and oysters

Servings: 4
Prep Time: 15
Cook Time: 30

Ingredients:
1 pound fish fillets, cut into cubes
1 pound crab meat
1 pint oysters
3 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
2 fresh potatoes or (1) 10 ounce can diced potatoes
1 8 ounce jar clam juice
1/2 cup white wine
1 quart water
1 can chicken broth
2 fresh tomatoes or (1) 10 ounce can diced tomatoes
2 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp seafood seasoning
1 pound bag frozen corn
1 pound bag frozen carrots
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In a large pot, cook bacon until crisp, set aside, drain grease.

In the same pot, sauté onion, celery just until soft. Add remaining ingredients and crumbled bacon.

Cook until vegetables are tender, add seafood. Simmer and serve.
