Virginia White Perch

delicious white perch fillets friend in peanut oil

Servings: 2
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients:
8-12 white perch fillets
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup corn meal
1/2 tsp baking powder
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Rinse and drain fillets.

Soak fillets in a mixture of egg, milk, baking powder, salt and pepper.

Dip fillets in a mixture of flour and corn meal.

Fry in peanut oil until golden brown.
