Italian Baked Tilapia

tilapia topped with crabmeat and a tomato-onion-herb sauce

Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10
Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:
4 Tilapia fillets
2 Vidalia Onions
4 Cloves Garlic
Sweet Basil
2 Cans of Basil/Oregano Chopped Tomatoes
1/2 Lb. Chopped Crabmeat
Honey to Taste (1/8 cup or less)
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
Olive Oil

Instructions:
Chop onions and garlic, sautee in olive oil.

Combine all ingredients except fish and crabmeat and simmer 1/2 to 1 hour.

Season 4 Fillets with lemon pepper and Old Bay seasoning and pan sear.

Place fillets in a baking dish, top with crab meat and cover with sauce.

Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes.
