Smoked Salmon Fettuccine

a traditonal fettuccine recipe with smoked salmon

Servings: 2
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
8 oz. fettuccine
8 oz. smoked salmon
1/4 stick butter
1 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup fresh garden peas
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup fresh-grated Parmesan cheese
white pepper to taste

Instructions:
Boil fettuccine until tender, adding a dash of salt and olive oil to water.

Boil or steam fresh peas just until tender, no more!

Separate salmon into small pieces.

Melt butter and lightly saute salmon.

Add whipping cream and bring to a boil.

Add cheese and pepper. Pour over noodles and toss gently.
