| Ingredients: 1/2 lb. smoked bluefish or large grey trout (dark meat removed) 1/8 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. rosemary 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. minced onion 8 oz. pack cream cheese 8 oz. sour cream dash of cloves 2 tsp. fresh diced chives or spring onions found at http://www.fresh-seafood.net/ |

| Instructions: Mix ingredients together in glass bowl. Allow to set for 12 hours in the refrigerator before serving. Serve with fancy crackers or hard fancy toast. Notes: Remove skin and dark meat before smoking smoke fish heavily. ENJOY!!!! |
