The 2011 Seafood Expo & Seafood Processing Expo will be held September 27-29, 2011, in Dubai, U.A.E. The Expo is an international trade exhibition which will focus on the Seafood & Seafood Processing industry.
The expo is for buyers, producers and exporters of produce, as well as for associated industries such as packaging, labelling or transportation.
The event is known as a successful B2B opportunity for both exhibitors and visitors, who are attracted from the full diversity of the produce world, from retail, wholesale and food service, to government procurement and food manufacturing.
In 2010, 84% of the trade visitors, were either decision makers or able to influence decisions to purchase within their company or organization. These included personnel from leading supermarket chains, major wholesalers, distributors and foodservice businesses. Visitors attended from the Middle East, North Africa, Asia, Europe and worldwide.
When asked at the 2010 event, the general consensus from exhibitors was that the compact nature of the show meant that the high quality visitors can spend longer at each stand, giving exhibitors adequate time to showcase their products.
